With the fun and excitement that comes with this season, also comes the quest for new and delicious recipes to bring to the party or serve to your guests. These stuffed mushrooms are definitely a crowd pleaser!
Add diced onions and sausage to medium warm skillet and cook until browned and cooked thru.
While sausage is browning rinse and hollow mushroom caps.
Add Not Tom's All Purpose Seasoning, Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs to the sausage and mix until cheese is melted.
Add sausage mixture to mushroom caps and cook in oven at 350 for 12 mins.
Sprinkle a bit extra Parmesan cheese over top and bake an additional 3 minutes until melted.
